Following strict official guidance from Public Health England and The CSP,  we are now open for virtual consultations.

We are also able to provide risk-assessed face-to-face consultations where  there is a clinical necessity.

These temporary restrictions to our normal service aim to minimise exposure and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 during physiotherapy treatments.

At Hope Physiotherapy Clinic we have carried out a comprehensive COVID-19 risk assessment and put in place effective control measures to protect our patients and staff.

Our Physiotherapists have now received their initial dose of the vaccine in line with Government roll out for front line health workers. 17/01/2021

Until there are further lifting of restrictions:

  • A telephone triage or virtual online appointment will be required before a face-to-face consultation can be booked. This is because there are still restrictions on who we can see.

  • Restrictions regarding face-to-face treatment will apply.  These sessions will only be permitted if a patient’s condition cannot be effectively managed remotely.

  • Prior to any face-to-face treatment, potential risks will be discussed and all patients must complete a consent to treatment form.

  • Our fully trained staff will use Level 2 PPE at all times and we recommend that our client's also wear a face covering, your temperature will be taken before you enter the clinic.

  • The waiting area is not in use, please arrive alone and on time. Hand washing facilities must be used on arrival and departure.
